They are supplied flat-packed ready for easy assembly ( PVA or Super Glue is recommended for a longer lasting sturdier item).
 
These jigs have been designed to work with the Proxxon hot wire cutter, but will work on any foam cutter with a wire diameter of 0.2mm or less.
 
These versatile jigs are now made from quality 3mm Baltic birch to produce a smooth laser outline cut, resulting in a smoother operation when cutting the XPS.
